Trollbäck + company returned to its roots for the comprehensive rebrand of Swedish Public Television (SVT) that consisted of redesigning the on-air branding for five channels. After about a year in production and a lot of fun mispronunciations of Swedish words, we launched the new brand identity for SVT1, SVT2, SVT24, the Knowledge and Learning Channel, Kunskapskanalen and the Kid’s Network Barnkanalen. Needless to say, this project was near and dear to our hearts.

For the more in-depth, news-heavy and documentary programming of SVT2, we utilized natural elements to both ground the programming in reality and draw the viewer’s attention to the outside world by finding excitement in fire, sand, water, in the flight of birds and the grandeur of space.
