Anna Minkkinen
Creative Director
An Emmy nominated creative director at Trollbäck + Company, Anna has worked on award-winning campaigns for such clients as Nickelodeon, TNT, TVLand, Sesame Street, P&G, Calvin Klein and Metlife. During her career, she has designed motion graphics for all manner of venues, ranging from giant stadium displays to broadcast, museums and motion pictures. In addition to serving as a creative director on major network rebrands and commercial projects, she has directed live action promo campaigns for such clients as A&E and Nickelodeon. Her work has been published in design annuals and most recently in a new book by Stephen Heller: Typography Sketchbooks.
Elliott Chaffer
Creative Director
A creative director with eighteen years brand experience working in the United States, Europe and Asia, Elliott has a wide range of expertise launching global and local brands and generating award winning branded content for digital screens of all shapes and sizes. A creative and strategic thinker, he has spearheaded projects from start to finish for a diverse range of clients. From the rebrand and digital extensions for the nationwide cinema pre-show network Screenvision, a film for Amnesty International's 50th Anniversary, the global launch of Disney XD and the Marvel Universe, the credit sequence for House At the End of The Street starring Jennifer Lawrence, the stage content for Shakira's World Tour, Jay Z, and U2 and THE WHO's Superbowl Half Time Show performance, Elliott brings his big picture thinking to everything he touches.
Elyse Roth
Executive Producer
A producer from SNL and The Jon Stewart Show with twenty years experience in television commercial and promos, Elyse started her own production company, Half Baked Productions, in 1992 with a commitment to bringing programming about food to foodies. After the successful launch of "Eating New York" that mission was expanded to encompass her commitment to a diverse range of programming projects working alongside TNT, Nickelodeon and MTV. After years at Crossroads, Lee Lacy, Chiat/Day and Bianchi Films producing commercials for such clients as Reebok, American Express, and Saatchi & Saatchi, she combines digital, commercial and television production, always with a passion for creative, edgy direction and solid production values.
Erica Hirshfeld
Head of Production
A producer with over a decade of experience overseeing a diverse spectrum of projects, Erica has spearheaded network launches and rebrands for clients around the world including Nickelodeon, Cooking Channel, TVLand, Animal Planet, SVT, and CCTV 9. Her broad range of work includes commercial, motion graphics, long form and stop motion animation for top clients such as Mattel, Nike, Pepsi, Time Warner Cable, CNN, NBC Sports, etc. With far-sighted leadership and a polishing touch Erica delivers her clients projects they can't wait to share.
Stephen Baker
Digital Creative Director
After a successful run developing works for museums, art exhibits and installations in Asia and Europe at his award-winning agency, Red Antenna, Stephen Baker joined Trollbäck + Company as Digital Creative Director. With a diverse background in both design and development, Steve's cross-discipline perspective leads him to develop highly visual interactive experiences for a range of brands including American Express, VH1 and Nokia. Recently, he developed a collaborative display for Sony in Times Square, a visualization of algorithms for World Science Festival, and an audiovisual installation for AICP in the New York Times Center. Steve focuses his attention on the ever-changing world of user experience and interaction design.
